Gregory received a Master’s degree in Cinema Studies from New York University and has a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University, with a major in Film and Television and minor in Journalism. In addition to Collider, he is currently a freelance Entertainment Critic for Sequential Planet, where he writes reviews of films, television, and occasionally comic books. Previously he worked for CBR as a Comics Features Writer.

Gregory’s media studies have covered a wide range of topics related to films and television in their various genres and forms. Genres he is especially passionate about include superhero stories, film noir and other crime stories, science fiction, and Westerns. He is a longtime fan of the Marvel, DC, and Star Wars franchises. Some of his other favorite films and series include E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, The Hurt Locker, Good Will Hunting, Homeland, and Brooklyn 99.
