About Dyah Ayu Larasati

Dyah (pronounced Dee-yah) is a Senior Author for Collider. She graduated from Satya Wacana Christian University in October 2019, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in English Literature with a concentration on Creative Writing. Currently, she's pursuing her Master's degree in English Language Studies and is expected to graduate in 2024.

In April 2022, Dyah started off as a Resource Writer for Collider. As per April 2023, she has been serving as a Senior Author. Throughout her time in Collider, Dyah has written everything, from monthly watch guides to entertainment features.

When she's not typing away on her laptop, you can find Dyah jamming with her band Larose & Co. every Friday night.

Dyah is currently based in Kendal, Indonesia.

Industry Experience

During her time at Satya Wacana, Dyah contributed to the local Indonesian-language media outlet Idelokal (now defunct) and interened as a travel writer for Globuzzer, a Swedish-based website catering to to expact readers.

Prior to Collider, Dyah worked as a content writer for the Singapore-based digitus.sg, a B2B digital marketing company partnering together with software resellers, system integrators & building materials companies.

With an love for ensemble TV shows, Dyah is a huge fan of Friends, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and How I Met Your Mother.

Raised in an Asian country that adores Korean culture, Dyah is no stranger to K-Dramas. Her must-watches include Itaewon Class, Princess Hours, Boys Before Flowers, To The Beautiful You, Dr. Slump. SKY Castle, and It's Okay, That's Love.

But if she's being really honest, her number one show is the Canadian animated series 6teen.
