Carob Chia Seed Pudding

A delightful twist on the basic Chia Pudding. The carob adds a subtle chocolaty flavor as the chia seeds pop in your mouth with every bite.

Chia seeds are rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids making them a complete source of dietary protein, providing all essential amino acids.  They’re also high in calcium, enzymes, and minerals, easily digested and high in fiber!


  • 2 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 6 Tbsp carob powder
  • Approx. 1/4 cup honey or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • small pinch of salt
  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix thoroughly until smooth.

    Pour mixture into a large container or several smaller ones and refirgerate or serve immediately.  Can be topped with berries, coconut or carob powder.

    Serves 3 – 4
