

You may have noticed a slight change to our mast-head, in addition to reviews, recipes and food photographs we are now very happy to be sharing raw food recipes, photographs and and yes, reviews! This new turnabout comes as Margaret moves into a more raw food lifestyle which she is finding suits her quite well. Having recently returned from a week-long training at the Raw Food Institute in DC, she is invigorated and ready to share information about this life altering way of eating – so we hope you’ll enjoy this new information. We will continue to post reviews and images on Hudson Valley restaurants only now we’ll be including raw options along with vegetarian and cooked foods.
Evan Smith stays with us as writer, meat eater and escort in most of my dining adventures aka the husband. We’ll also have guest bloggers like the wonderful, Patrice Costa of Culinary Collaboration!
